Want a memorable guest or host?

I’m good for audiences who are fun, different, curious, and want actual results.

Belonging vs. fitting in, meeting Olivia Colman, neurodivergence, and scary shit.

It was so much fun to go on the Mentally Oddcast podcast with Wednesday Lee Friday and wow, we covered so much messed-up and funny stuff. And I share my story of meeting Olivia Colman and the ridiculous thing I did while that happened.

You can hear it on Spotify, Podbean, and Apple.

How truth-panic is good, using humour, and why to do it your damn self.

Oh man, Kait Dinunzio is such a badass. Motivational speaker, body-builder, and author Kait invited me on The Unbreakable Podcast to talk about authenticity in writing, getting around the gatekeepers in publishing, why humour is important, and how to honour our successes.

It’s exciting to be part of their first book group, where they’ll be reading my book Good Stuff to Read When You’re About to Lose Your Shit.

Kindness, writing comedy, and of course the Beatles and letting it be.

The yassified-hair-in-the-promotional photo is everything.

It was so much fun to chat with Kevin McDonald and Brichelle Haller at Positive Talk Radio about comedy, kindness and why we shouldn’t be assholes to each other.

You can imagine once I found out he was a big Beatles fan, we talked a lot about my time in Liverpool working at The Cavern Club.

Networking, neuro-spiciness, motherhood, and the cult thing

There’s something amazing about Marketing Queen Robyn Flynn of Robyn Flynn Media. She’s engaging, fun, and so easy to talk to. I was so happy to be asked to hop on her new podcast, the Rebel Mom Boss.

You can hear it on Amazon, Apple, and Spotify.

Tommy and his brother Will are two gents who are absolutely gorgeous to work with. And what talent- they’re both BAFTA/Emmy nominees.

In this documentary, as a Story Consultant and on-screen contributor, I worked with Tommy helping him develop his idea for a feature length film. The film earned a Broadcast Award nomination, a TV Times Award nomination, and won the RTS Award for Best Single Documentary.

Cult churches, being neurodivergent, and really tough times

Why me being power-mad keeps Keanu safe

Irish writer Kevin Ryan’s hilarious anyway. But his podcast Tyrant in Training is an absolute banger. You get to be a tyrant and create your own world with your own rules. Free ice cream for all, re-education camps for HR people who ghost candidates, and of course, the protection of Keanu Reeves. Because we’re all about PRIORITIES.

You can hear it on Apple, Spotify, and Pocketcast.

5 Mindsets to kick down doors (if you’re an outsider)

Love Stuart Wright of Pinball Films. He’s an excellent writer and a lot of fun to speak with. His podcast Britflicks has a great format that always includes films, no matter what your area of expertise.

You can hear it on Amazon, Podcast24, or Apple.

Getting into comedy and writing

Hammond Chamberlin is so kick-ass. So is his podcast, Beyond the Playlist. It’s really easy to talk to him about anything. In this interview, we covered unusual ways to get into the comedy industry.

You can listen on ivoox, or here.

If you’re a writer looking for brilliant insight and a tight-knit community, Lucy Hay’s Bang2write is an extraordinary resource. In a live chat, we covered the top uncomfortable writing truths.
