Testimonials

  • "Your book, man. It's fucking brilliant. I have never read anything that I resonated with so passionately."

  • "I just finished your book. I want to tell you that I really loved it. It was fresh, and funny, and REAL. And most importantly, actually useful, which tends to be something severely lacking in most self-help books."

  • "Bravo, it was a great read!"

  • "Amanda Graham’s take on a self-help book is nothing like you’ve read before! Clear cut, to the point…and honest! Every page is a print worthy masterpiece of information. From her wilderness years to connecting the dots, Amanda tells it how it is. Upbeat, and inspiring, Amanda breaks down each chapter in to bite size nuggets, with sections such as Storytime, Hold Up Now, Science Baby, Top Tips, and more! Also, there’s an extensive links section at the back of the book, covering everything, (and I mean everything!), so that you don’t have to faff around to find it yourself. Genius! If you’re lost and have no idea as to ‘what happens next’ then this book is for you, Amanda will guide you through, and help you to connect your own dots, without ever having to lose your shit!”

  • "Couldn't agree with you more sweetheart. When you follow what lights you up, the rest does come together - your path, your people, your power. Thank you."

  • "OMG!!! Whattttttt?!?! Ok I'm reading the intro and you, this and that are absolutely relatable, an aha read and super hilarious! I can tell I'm not gonna be able to contain myself holding this intense feeling that I must finish it immediately (and I'm sure read it over and over)"

Good Stuff to Read When You’re About to Lose Your Shit

So what is it?

The world’s a flaming dumpster fire right now. Sometimes when everything’s driving us crazy, we need something that makes us feel a little less…ugh. I wrote this book to do that.

It came from all the insight and lessons I’ve learned from the worst time in my life. Figured people could find it useful for those moments where they are trying to hold it together.

Why is it different?

Self-help books out there ignore ONE MASSIVE THING. When we’re going through the ringer every day, we feel different every day.

Most days we are NOT in the mood to read a 50-page chapter and write out a dissertation-length exercise in a workbook.

And most days we don’t need a book that treats us like a pearl-clutcher. Come ON! Our world is collapsing!

So this book is a handy collection of one-sentence pages, proper stories, articles, quotes, jokes, short activities, playlists, and bits of wisdom. And a lot of swearing. It’s mainly funny (because sometimes what else can you do but laugh, even through the tears and snot), but it’s got some serious stuff too.

Everything’s grouped into chapters. Check out some of the chapters below.

Get it here!

Need a rabbit-poo-size nugget of wisdom in a crisis? BOOM! You got it.

Need a story which is kick-ass AND ridiculously relevant? BOOM! You got it.

Got the energy for a 2-minute activity? BOOM! You got it!

Want a playlist that is so perfect, that it understands your problem better than you do? BOOM! You got it.
